    Sorceress"s skill awakening abilities can not be happened when hittting MOB​
    Bug Description:
    Skill awakening abilities can not be happened when hittting MOB.
    for example :Sorceress can not get buff (all casting speed 7% up) when Violation hit mob mobs .

    all skills can not ger buff    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
