Steel rake elevator for lower level

    I cant find the lever to which is a way through the lower level, Could anyone help me or someone knows, Noyah?

    Wanna be more specific? You actually begin from Lower Steel Rake when you enter and then proceed to Upper. Why would you need an elevator for the lower level? The only tricky part is the Pirate Ship Anchor that leads you to the Central Deck and later on the Suspicious Cannon that sends you to the gate where you can find the final boss, Brass-Eye Grogget.
