    There are a few ways to get them in the game, one of which is by Hewahewa in Dark Poeta, whom you cannot get to since the wall is glitched. The other is a vendor usually in Pandaemonium, who has been turned off, I assume, though I'm not sure why?

    I was just hoping someone could fix the Dark Poeta glitch and/or at least tell me why the vendor is turned off?
