Stigma bug?

    ok ppl when i got to lvl 20 and did the stigma skill quest the Improved stamina(glad) just disapeard and when i try to repurchase it,it disapeard again after i reloged
    any tips?

    If u are playing on Gamez then type //givemissingskills and you should get all the skills/stigma skills.
