Stigma Shards gone

I am just now doing my stigma shard quest...didnt do it at the start cuz no point till im 50+. I had transfered the stigma off my ranger (Sheikk) into my account warehouse to put on my Glad (Jecht) I take the shards and then go to Ecus ( Part of the Stigma quest ) He gives you your first stigma to use to defeat the boss that spawns. As I was doing it had took all 2.8k Stigma Shards and only gave me 60 to use for the stigma. I just had thought about the screen shot but here is it with me taking all the items i transfered over to my Glad and the Stigma shards is one of them.

 

i think its there, check the empty boxes next to that box that looks different. its there u just can't see them. must be downgraded client?

 

They are kinda there.... At least we can see 2 inventory spaces with another color.
