Stuck at Abyss Rank 6

Is there a special quest that must be completed to gain ranks? I have more than enough abyss points to be at least a Rank 3, but it still does not level.

I have tried everything I could think of that might be holding it up.

Did you consider the fact that this is a high rate server so it doesn't really follow the abyss point chart we have in-game?

 

Well I figured that if the programmers were going to bump up the rates, that the rate sheet would have been changed, too. I found it very misleading

You could at least follow the orange bar you have on your character profile.

Press P > Go to Abyss tab

There you should see the orange bar I'm talking about.

 

It does, till rank 1. So he mustnt have problems in gaining rank.

 

How much ap you got now?

 

In Rank Info chart, it shows you need 150, 800 Abyss Points to hit Rank 1 while in reality, you actually need 750, 000+ Abyss Points (in Lumiel at least).

So it doesn't follow the Rank Info we have in-game.

 

Like I said, more than enough to be higher in rank than I am now.

 

last i checked the requirement for every rank was 5x higher here than on retail (which represents what Zaitou said, if u need 150k on retail, u need 750k for the same rank here)

that is until rank 1, after that u have to beat the person above u in charts, which can take millions of AP xd

would help if u posted ur actual AP rather than saying "more than enough"

 

I think the rank chart is client sided if I remember right, not much the dev's could do about it.

I think you need around 730k for Rank 1, if you divided that by the chart rank 1, you could then get an accurate multiplier and see which rank is what AP.
