    This usually happens due to connection problems. If you are offline and your character is still stuck in the game, there is nothing we can do to help you and the only solution in this case is to restart the server. Unfortunately, the server was restarted yesterday, meaning the next restart will be next Friday, unless there will be too many stuck characters.
