stuck is delete?

my char stuck 4 days ago......and it still stuck until now...

i have post in stuck forum...no respon
i have report in www.gamezaion.com in unstuck....no respon
i have wisp GM.........he/she just say......wait until restart.....but when server will be restart?in this afternoon,the server down,but when is up,nothing happend......i wait......and i wait again....until now

gm...can u more care for unstuck char?and solved it.......we play in that char.........what can we do if it stuck......
sorry if i got a wrong section and this bad english.......but what can i do if u dont respon any report of my stuck char.......

pls pls pls do something dear GM......
