[STUCK] Shai Awakening

So, I just talked with Artina over by Phoniel's Cabin for my awakening.
I honestly just pressed "R" to get through all conversations etc. etc. as I've already done
these quests on another character. Anyways, finished as much as possible that way, and
suddenly the npc stopped giving me quests. In the Quest tracker it says I have an unaccepted quest,
Right-clicking it tells me that I can not recieve the quest and that I should press "O" to see requirements.
Pressing "O" and finding the quests doesn't tell me anything, I have equipped/unequipped the Canon Sol
a couple of times (can't equip the Artina Sol since it's a season character), nothing happens, and neither do I get any quest items in my inventory.
I was able to learn all the Talents, but I still got 15 quests in the questline to go..
Simply put: Finished a quest, can't receive the next one. (so drop and re-take won't work)

 

Since you already did the quest chain with Shai before you made your seasonal Shai, all of those quests are auto-completed because the objective of each quest was to gain knowledge. It skipped everything but there is a visual bug that won't show this so it shows as unaccepted. This problem is prevalent in retail Seasonal as well. I don't think they fixed that there but I will ping @Kolka to let him know it's a thing.
Artina Sol is Shai's equivalent to Dandelion[Boss] which is not available for Seasonal Characters which is why that one doesn't equip. You should be able to use the Canon Sol.

 

I mentioned Canon / Artina Sol just to let whoever read this know that I had tried to equip/unequip, also tried with the Tuvala
Still, the quest log still shows that I got 15 unfinished quests.. are all of those just knowledge-based then?
