Bug Description:

Skills that are summons have always been a huge issue on this server, ever since I've joined in 2017. They do too much damage, too little damage, or do 2 of the CC's at once.
(I already made a bug report about Delighted Blast but it seems they're not interested in fixing it)
So unrelated note I guess

I'm really surprised I haven't seen many people talking about it.
Ever wondered in GvG's why your horse would sometimes die? or in boat to Vell, you're on a level 49 alt that is suppose to be protected from getting attacked, but your boat still dies to guilds you're at war with?
Well it's cause there are certain skills, and even the boats from carrack are bugged and can attack people's boat as long as you're at war with them. Guild Protection or being level 49 does not prevent your boat or horse/wagon from getting killed.

What are summon skills? Here are just a few examples of what classes have them;
Striker's Clones
Witch and Wizard awakening Summon attacks (their flows)
Kunoichi awakening Delighted Blast
Musa's Projection
(not confirmed) Tamer's pet attacks

All these classes and abilities are able to kill wagon/horses, *only works when you're at war with the guild*, does not apply to nobody else. EVEN IF NO ONE IS ON THE WAGON OR HORSE. Safe zone is only place where you can not attack them

So you're waiting at a zaka, and a guild you're at war with is outside attacking random horses, now your horse is dead kek.​
