(Aside from Infinite fears and Glads being something silly or something. I don't know anything about this game so any insight you guys have for me is much appreciated).

I've been watching pvp videos on youtube. And they look fun. How long till I stop getting raped by people better than me do I actually start to do good?

 

It depends if you played mmo's before. And if you read skill lists and understand what your character does.

Searching something like aiondatabase or aion yellow gremlin will give you really powerful and comprehensive databases to find information from :3 skill lists being one of the MANY features they offer!

I've been all up and down the MMO market. I am not happy with some of the games I've played -points at WoW-, but I am open to learning and always like to learn from my mistakes. I'll be recording some of my early matches to see where I go wrong so I can fix it. I'm just ready to ahve fun. I don't think I gave this game justice due to the fact I was playing WoW private servers at the time, too. It was like "NOT LIKE WOW. /QUIT"

 

Oh that would do it xD Well gamezaion is defo one of the best private servers for aion around. Unlike most you aren't bombared with "SNEEZE AND YOURE BANNED!" "BREATHE AND YOUR BANNED" "TALK TO ME? LOOK AT MY UCKIN' AVATAR YOULITTLE RODENT? PERMA FHWHWF-ING BANNED".

So yeah. Hows the community here, I guess should be my next question? I've heard stories that retail Aion was full of thirteen-year-old kids who thought because they have reached max level in a Korean, grind-heavy game, that they were essentially comparing themselves to God. (inb4 "god exists).

Are people willing to help other people? Or am I gonna have to struggle to get equipped and all that?

 

Thats a lie I play retail in Zikel server assassin lvl 36 twink and is not full of 13year old kids actually is full of trolls and helpful people the grinding yes is idiotic the grinding ruines everything and all that but is good and everything works in a balanced way

 

Sometimes drama invade the forums and most people have EGO issues of being the best here and there... other than that is a funny community. About getting help in game... it depends... if you are a beggar you ll get nothing.
