    I have been informed that this can be acquired if you are playing asmo. This must be an abuse but all you need is to level up an asmodian to 30? and you get those superior serums and greater healing potions.

    Superior recovery potions and serums can be obtained through asmodian surveys, through crafting and as event rewards if you play on lumiel.
    the materials for the recipe can be gathered and dropped in katalam and danaria.

    Just create an asmo and dont bother leveling your crafting, they are free btw
