talking to GamezAion support team & programmers

Dear GamezAion support team,

as you know ( hop so ) a lot of account are hacked and most of them happened because of their mistake ( like me: i game my password to fake GM) . but something really weird is happening. 2 of my friends lost their characters and credits in this month and I know non of them game their ID & password and their password wasn't simple so some one or more than one are trying to hack PPL throw the website ( not sure ).
is their any way to limit their allowed entering wrong ID & password ??? I mean you can lock the account after some tries ( ex: 5-7 ) and send an email to owner to unlock it. it would be really helpful to reduce attack throw the website and make Gamez more safe.

and something more important: "Character Passkey". as I know its a digital code to keep your characters safe and you need to enter it when you choose your character. I think its really helpful and will keep all of us account safe and no1 will ever can access our characters and destroy it and furthermore it makes the gamez more brilliant in internet.


I know I'm in a position to tell you what to do and whats good or not, I just wanted to say my opinion for improving the security system in this server.
