Teleporting to Poeta or Ishalgen

    So I just started playing this game and have no clue how I travel to either Poeta or Ishalgen. I'd like to go to play the campaign missions there, but from what I've seen, the teleports from Sanctum and Pandemonium don't seem to connect to either

    Ishalgen and Poeta are not available due to instant level up and the starting point is Lakrum base. You can do the high level campaign/quest with useful rewards.

    It's on webshop Misc items , Weapons , etc.
    Can obtain Stigma Enchantment Stones too by participating BGs ingame.
