Solved Tempering solution always fails

I know it's based mainly on luck, and I try to wait 2-3 seconds after enchanting it instead of doing it one after the other, but why does it always seem to fail 85% of the time???

I wonder how people got those plumes +15 lol

Is there a way to increase your luck? ?

I heard VIPs get better chances at succeeding in Gamez.. Idk how true that is. Other than that, what I know is that from 1 to 5 the chances for success are higher than those for fail meaning you can fail but most of the time it won't be hard to get it to 5, and after +5 the chances are 50-50 meaning you can fail at any given moment if I'm not mistaken. At least for retail, but I'm guessing here too, with the only difference being that the overall rates for here are better than retail but the whole "1-5 is easier and then it's just pure luck" rule still applying here as in retail.

 

Try to do it on retail, it will always fail at +1 D:

 

They're meant to fail =p The changes are still decent. I dont think VIP affects the rates though.

 

I was enchanting 3-4 plumes in the same time before and the best I've got so far was +5 without VIP.
With VIP I got it up to +4 successfully then all failed.. Guess I was not on my lucky days D;

Nope but I had a +5 then I tried to go to +6 (stupid me LOL) and it failed...

When I had won that event with a +10 plume as a reward, Ari tried manually making the +10 by spawning a bunch of plumes and a lotta tempering solutions but he ended up giving up cause it was really hard to make, and asked Carl to make the item manually from the database.. Lol, go figure out.

 

Most of the people buy/get 10-20 of them at least and that's how they keep trying at once.
I guess it can be one possible way to get at least one up to +10 but you surely surely need that luck factor, too. d;

 

Before the 4.7 update, plumes would fail even if trying to +1 but kept the same rates overall. Meaning, going to + 1 or + 7, didn't matter, not on Lumiel anyway. The success rate was the same. After the update, it became really easy to make the plumes + 5, but a lot harder to get them higher. I got 2 + 12 plumes before the update EASILY on Ely side. Now, if my Asmo plume would become even + 10, I'd basically consider it a miracle. And we all know, those don't happen

 

i had more than 100 plumes and 600 ts and it is gone.

im the lucky one get +10 and up before update 4.7. after update,....hmmmmmmmm impossible more than +5.

 

Enchant 20x+5 then enchant the remaining items to your highest enchantment till you get +15. That is If Lady Luck is in your side Hahaha

mmm long time i didnt had a plume....till now i said let s try why not^^ so i bough 10 plumes...and i have 1+10 5x +5/6 and lost 4 plumes
