    i have heard about new online game TERA..with lots of innovations... Home - Tera Europe ..is it a good game worth of playing ...and which 1 do u prefer? aion or tera?

    Each game got its own fans. For me Tera is just lame game and waste of time, but then again this is me. Others love this game and some have orgasm while playing it (-metaphorically-).

    At least Aion looks more serious as game design than Tera.

    the question should be Aion or GW2 actually... that's be more fair..Tera, in my opinion, is not even close to the levels that Aion and GW2 are at

    Uh my opinion is completely different from others here...imho Tera is totally billion lvls over Aion and another billion over gw2. But really you can't compare Tera and Aion, apart from sharing some core mechanics they're totally different games. Aion is a tiny world and totally focused on pvp, Tera is a huge world that includes everything possible. Oh, and badass but damn light graphics (unreal engine like mass effect).

    I'd still pick Aion and GW2 over any of the new games coming out..but that's just me. GW2 will have some amazing game mechanics..

    Tera is amazing.
    GW2 won't be coming out until long after Tera (aside from beta weekends) so it shouldn't even be mentioned as a competitor at this point.

    Diablo 3 is balls.
    Aion is balls.

    = play Tera

    aion is a 2009 game while tera is a 2012 game... core mechanics, and many other stuff are different, I wont go to the extent of comparing both because honestly I dont see the point.

    Ask people that have played the game for a more grounded opinion, and if you have the chance to play it, then by all means do it.

    tera pvp is just sux =s and im tired of aion
    also diablo3 is click to move only and its reminds me mu online

    i think tera pvp is innovation...none of the online games have ever had such kind of pvp...im rly interested in and im going to play on official server..but i doubt it is too much expencive

    there's people in my legion that play it...they say it's awesome, but so far, not one thing that they like, I like... so I'd rather not try it lol.... the trailers and gameplay stuff are enough for me lol

    Aion might be a 2009 game, but WoW is still the most played MMO to date, and it's oooollldddd.... if that crap is still "good", Aion is AMAZING =P..I just hope the TERA crew made a game worth being made in 2012...

    Fernando Alonso is 30. Michael Schumacher is 43... Can you compare the two drivers who are coming from different racing style decades? Yes, because they both are competitors in the same sport.

    I honestly see no valid reason why can't you compare two games that belong to the same game genre.

    It wasn't, and yeah it is kinda bad >.<, I'm trying to find a good video now but I haven't even really looked at Tera PvP videos (I'm on a PvE server) - this is just one that I found linked elsewhere

    Sometimes games are better then what is seen on videos, sometimes they are worse than it. Still, there is the personal opinion AND preference of certain games. He might not like the game for one million personal reasons and you might like it for one million opposite reasons to his.

    The point is that are fans and anti-fans for each game out there. Personally, I wouldn't even waste my time on the game because I've learned to read and watch game reviews / game-plays / comments / forums etc. After 7 years (actual 8 or 9) of gaming experience I know how to rate a game even if I never have played it. I believe that other players do the same.

    In order to give you one example:

    Here is one random game: Lucent Heart Game Review - MMO Hut

    Would you play it after seeing the reviews?
