The Aether Must Flow quest problem

    I wanted to finish the quest, but to do that I have to kill 2 kinds of monsters( sticky sludger and whirling seafoam), and one of those does not show up ( whirling seafoam ), I cannot find it :/

    is there any way to get these to spawn?
    I tried restarting, I can't get anything :/

    I think they spawn at a certain time, you don't need to restart, just have to wait.
