"The Calydon Ruins" weird NPC glitch?

Me and few other players, I guess from my speculation of talking to other people while they were also doing the quest, but when I got to the Inn, Jamanok Inn, and the owner of the inn Jamanok, who I'm supposed to talk to, is no where to be found. I looked everywhere in the inn, but she's not there, even though her marker appears on the map in Theoborns. If I could get help from the GM or a staff member that would be great! Also this is happening on the Lumiel sever on my Elyos character.

So whats wrong...you can talk to the butler guy hes...kinda interesting!!!
