the new starter pack

so im new here but i think elite arbiter is better than the new starter pack the armor and weap doesnt give movement speed and cast/attack speed (maybe the other stat better than EA but still)
and why we need pve set since this pvp server right ?

First of none of the new sets give cast speed, attack speed or movement speed cos all that comes from transformations
Can't see why people can't research stuff B4 they post here

 

Also, ea, bl, and prime doesn't give any pvp stats, hence why people said magics are op, coz y'all too dumb to read your stats.

 

oh ic i just come back play from 3.5 since there's no scroll now i tho the movement and aspd come from equip

And attack speed and cast speed gloves?
Ofc u get attack speed on weapon that's normal

 

And needless to say the items that have these stats are usually severe end-game gear lol, which allow you to get away with lesser transforms etc.

 

Some ultimate and legedary drop on instances. In my opinion the stats you varies. Some legendary has better stats than ultimates. Some pve gears are better for pvp because of stats diffirence.

 

Instances are not working properly at the moment and I'm not sure if drops are not changed.
