    First : your resolution before you log in must 800x600, full screen
    Example :[​IMG]

    Second: Extract the Version 2 item.pak in Aion/data/usa/items
    the aion/data/Europe/items must be empty and don't delete the Aion\Data\items

    I guess the difference between Arch XP and mine is the Microsoft Visual C+ 2005 that i use to play DotA ..
    And just maybe u need .NetFramwork4.0 ,,
    Hope it work after u try install it
    i use XP SP 2 and 3 , only 1 pc of 12 in my netcafe can't use the new iPak.

    i have 2.0 to 4.0 frameworks, visual c++ 2008 - 2010.. with all the latest windows updates..

    is this for WinXP Sp3 only? cause the item.pak versions do not work for WinXP Sp2. Smartik is still finding ways on what might work for it. But WinXP Sp3 seemingly have compatibility with those versions, only if you don't empty AION/DATA/ITEMS, only replace the AION/DATA/USA/ITEMS, to version 2 and empty AION/DATA/Europe/ITEMS ONLY! :)
