Title is for the account, but should be seelectable for every char​

Bug Description:

The title like "Dark Lord" is over all characters head, but on retail, you can give every char a own title, I like that more, some of my chars have a title that fit more to them ​

How to reproduce/proof:

select a title, switch the char, give the other char a other title, switch back and see it changes overall.​
