TO all GM plssss HELP me...!!!!!

plssss unban me..... i been banned for 3weeks for no reason.... i cant access my account....using the IP.... how could that be... i dont even hear any reason for y i banned.... plssssss GM im doing a Fair play in the GAME.... i just open my account last march just to trade my item... when i suddenly close the window of aion gamez bcoz i was discourage to those who are selling dupe items. not just an hour i play... and by the next day i log my account it already say's "you cant access ur acount through this IP"
