well, we are here in gamez and we discuss matters within the frame. Are you saying all the people who don't like a setting of a game should leave to retail? Do you assume that all people who is using a product are 100% or 120% satisfied with what they are provided, just because they are using it?
i don't know have you seen people complain about iphone 6 get bent and popped out camera, do you?

remember, people complain because they love it, still they want it better. It's not like, hey, this is what we have for you, take it or get away. That is not the right attitude.

 

Cooldown rates are already much lower than retail, we are not going to reduce it any further.
