    It doesn't. Reputation used to be an old system of "liking" posts that people exploited greatly and so it was taken down. I have a feeling Lucent will come in here and claim that he never exploited it and got all his rep from some Photoshop thread.

    A lot of people's rep came from contributions they made, but many admitted to rep boosting others. It was actually rather funny because they should have realized that it was a bad idea to begin with.

    I'm better than everyone on the reputation list because I earned my reputation legitimately by making photoshop guides, along with Dimitra.

    Who am I kidding, yeah I made guides when the rep system first came out so I was top rep with Dimi for a while, but I caved and asked Adieu for a + rep before it got shut down because one like from her gave 500+ points or more.

    and it worked exactly like Badrobot says. It was good for a while until people got reputations so big they could put someone in the top 10 with a few upvotes/downvotes themselves.


    edit: At least I have 69 +reps, eat it bitches.
