Tracking Zobadi Valencia Eastern Sands Kingdom​

Bug Description:

After I pick up the tracking Zobadi quest the NPc's near him have no quests above his head therefore I cannot progress and further. I dropped the quest a few times then ran to fFogans and did that quest line there thinking that was the problem and as it turns out that it never changed a thing. Any idea's on how to fix this?​

In the future please make a quick search for the central part of the problem; like Zobadi.
