Trade Broker negative kinah

Sold 2 lots of aether which totalled to 3bill.
Tried withdrawing it and went negative 500mill.



I did not know about this bug until i got it and searched it on here >.<

 

Yes sadly this bug has affected the server for a while. The way most people seem to get their kinah is just to sell items until the negative kinah reverts to its positive state.

 

I would have to say that since I've joined GamezAion about two weeks ago, never once have I read about this issue happening, and I'm on the forums often now.

It happened to me yesterday, now there are a number of posts about this same issue. It wasn't common at all the last two weeks, thread posts that is. The patterns don't add up, which suggests that this bug is either new, or reverted back to an unworking state, that was once fixed at one time, upon update.

What I do know, is that I've exceeded pulling over 5 billion kinah from the broker more than a half dozen times since I've joined, successfully. ONLY after this update, did the issue appear, and is causing this to occur to numerous people now.

Something to think about.

 

I have been able to withdraw this amount multiple times before today. :s

I do not know if this update caused it but their are definitely threads dating back to August where this was an issue before. Whether or not it was fixed in a previous update and then somehow rebroken with this update I do not know as I do not remember ever hearing of it being fixed.

The bug seems to take affect once players sell 2b+ on the broker.

 

ok got my money into the positive, but havnt gained my original kinah nor collected broker kinah back....
which would be 3.7bill + the negative 500 mill = 4.2 bill
any way of getting all this back?

 

This problem is in fact due to the 11/14/10 update. The server no longer will allow that amount of money to be transferred at one time without bugging. If I were you I wouldnt sell anything over 2b in broker.

 

i had 2 lots of 1.5b though, and there was no warning ingame about this.

I will tell you this right now, this has happened to me a long time ago, I left my money in the broker until Alente fixes it! This is BS! So the money I spend in the broker today, all of those people are not going to get paid for all the work they did to make stuff for me to buy!

Yes this problem start on the last update 14.11 -- i lost +- 20b with this bug -- if its a problem of OVER 2b make to broker to collect the money separately

 

I also had the same problem! lost about 70b!

 

The irony in the 2B, or 2.5B limit cap, is that it limits a person's ability to supply items on the broker. Less stuff on broker, less competition, higher prices for the lesser quantity of items on broker. Too much kinah chasing too few items.

Vicious cycle.

don't see what was wrong with the broker from 2 days ago.
Is there any update on how we get our lost kinah back?
