Transferring the Account region in GAMEZBD 1 Time

Hi Ive been Playing GameZBD since 2017 and been on NA coz there were no Other servers available , invested soo much time money and effort to reach wat i reached there,, then EU servers Came out which are better connection/Ping for me to play on but this option was never available from the start.

What i ask is just to even Transfer my Main character and the nightmare horse i have with their gear only , nothing more
if so maybe my Current silver

I dont think that too much to ask for 3 years of dedication to this server.
