Trouble with all the Version of the Items.pak

hello i am having trouble trying to run my game with all the versions of the brand new Item.pak both Method 1 and 2 dint work for me. I also tried downloading the bat launcher GamezAion.rar that came from the guide i run the game it dint help at all i really want for it too work since i need untradeables to be tradable if theres any possbile solutions for this please help me or if there is not is it possible for me to be refunded of my VIP that i have already purchased from the website since i felt i wasted my money on nothing.
