Tryin' to help?

Hey there! I see a lot of ppl suggesting a lot of stuff and I felt like I have to do it too... but not the stuff you normaly suggest...(voting, etc.)

Q: Lots of you already had this problem: You get a party, think you're cool, flyin' to DP and then....BAM! ~10 PKs...cool and noone wants to help you...isn't that great? No it's not -.-! Can we do at least something about it?

A: Well yes you can!
1. Form a group of players (free volunteers) who will help PPL, who're not that good in PVP.
2. Disable the Fly function in some areas (like retail)! Ppl...there ARE flying transporters! Use them!

Q: Ranger overpowered? Mau form while flying? kk no RANGER will complain about it! But all other users DO HATE IT! Skill description says that this skill is not avaliable while flying...why don't you enable ALL the other skills for other classes which are no usable while flying?

A: Two options:
- Disable the ranger skill
- Enable same usage of non flying skills for other classes

Q: Why are LOTS of instances not working? I mean even those which DO work, are bugged .... I know that it's difficult to fix em and blabla...yes I'm not dumb, but could you do something about it? That's one vital point of an online game

A: Don't switch between lots of fixes. Take one Instance and perfectionate it. Always one after another. Ppl won't care as long as the instances will be fixed.

Q: I'm not complaining about some skills that are not working but...Spiritmaster? I mean c'mon! Now it's one of the most useless classes anyway... about 7 skills are not working...

So those were NO complains. More like gathering ppls minds and suggestions. This definately will raise the LV of entertainment, more competition etc.
I do NOT complain about the voting!!! Just cuz there are a lot of donaters and it would be really unfair in compar to them if lots of ppl would run around with donated items in a short amount of time (thx to voting)without even donating those. BUT! I too have the opinion that the server is down a lot and this should be rewarded with more voting points OR a certain ammount of voting points to every user account in a row (to prevent the double voting like the last time)

you defintely got my vote for it, at least the thing about not flying in in some areas like it´s on retail

 

1. It is up to your fellow race (asomodian/elyos) to help you out and take care of the PKers. Don't say they won't help, because everyone is AP hungry, and killing the other faction is what most of us play this game for.

2. Pretty sure I covered this already.
2b. Free-fly should NOT be removed. It's one of the things that makes this game interesting. There is a non-pvp map for BOTH factions that you can level from 20-30 and 42-55 fairly easily. 30-42 is the only median that is slightly questionable.

3. EVERY class is over powered (we have all of our stigmas ya know.). Well, except for SM with all the bugged skills they have.. but they are still very formidable with all of the dots they have.
The Mau form only works in the air when you are already flying and transform. If you are in mau form and not flying, you have to remove it to fly.

4. The developers are working as hard as they can. Dark Poeta is working. It's where you get the best (non-donate) gear. Be happy about that. You don't seem to realize this is a PVP server. Instances and such are not 'THAT' important. Fixing the skills take priority.

5. It's being worked on. The devs can't just say 'okay' and they be instantly fixed. Have some patience.


And about your little argument about the voting. Voting is the way the server gains popularity and gets more players. More players = more donates. Which equals more resources to work with to get the server working better. This is a private server, It's actually pretty lucky that NC has not found a way to get them shut down. You get to play the game for free. Do not look a gift horse in the mouth.

The voting rewards should NOT be raised. The donate 'shop' is rewards for people who support the server. The vote points are the same, on a smaller scale. More vote points = less donates = less money for server upkeep/upgrades = more downtime

 

This makes me think that you have a personality disorder. O_O;;

1. I know that it's the main point of the game and on retail it's the same BUT tell me if it makes sense to kill a low LV with PVP rank 9 to get 10 APs? Wouldn't Abyss be more useful?
What about killing LOW LV at the Obelisk point? Get revived, no chance to run, no chance to hide, get killed and all over again... it forces the user to:
- logout and change the character
- if it's the first character - shut down the game and wait till they're gone
Kinda dissapointing huh?

2. LV 30-42 (for example Elyos) is Heiron. A LOT of of players complained about PKers there. That's what you've said.
LV 20-30 is Verteron I guess? Anyway...most of users are using Eltnen and hmm...PKers again?
LV 42-55 Theobomos. OK VERY less PKers BUT they're still PKing.
So tell me more about non-PVP zones.

3. Don't get the point in your "disadvantege" of the Mau form ... you still CAN use it. That was the point of my argument ! So why should Rangers use Mau form While flying (which makes them faster and stronger) and other classes like Assasins are not able to use skills while flying hmm... You see often Rangers flying faster or at least the same as Assasins...not quite correct huh?
PS: Guess you're playing a Ranger (just a guess, I'm not attacking you)

4. Eh...when were you the last time in DP? Can't kill some bosses, bosses are bugged, you can fall through the ground??? (WTF), etc.
DP isn't bugged?
I haven't played on retail, that's the main reason why I'm not crying about instaces. BUT as far as I know DP is basicaly time based. And it makes more competition.
Since when is the server a PVP server ? Okay that MAY be really my mistake I I overread it but I haven't seen something like that on the main site. Only PvPvE...

5. I am patient XD I'm not forcing the GMs to fix it. It's just that those skills are really cool and u can't use them. Just a bit dissapointing.

About the "Voting Points":
You didn't seem to get what I've ment :O! I have the same opinion. Ppl are complaining about the less voting points. I'm NOT! As you've noticed the last time it were 2x points + kinah for voting. It should last 3 days but it was for nearly a week. You're not a donator? Or are you? Anyway, my point was that instead of "overgetting" the voting points, should get a certain ammount (which is equal to the one of the voting progress OR a bit less). Which still gets the users to vote and the donators happy (cuz they're getting the points too).

Last but not least:
I am NOT complaining! (read the beginning of my post)
I am NOT attacking you and those are SUGGESTIONS! Not even my! I've told that bfore. Those are suggestions of some users (and me XD). So don't feel attacked or something like that.

dbl post...well what ever, anyway noone to suggest things? Is someone even reading threads in the forums? or is everyone usind the "New Thread" button without even search for some threads? All I wanted to do is to combine the most requested things and suggestions in one thread and some of you guys could post up some more, the ones I've missed.
