Tuvala enchantment rate lower than in retail​

Bug Description:

As it says in the title the enchantment rate of Tuvala gear is currently lower than it's retail equivalent. For instance a TRI main weapon has a 6% chance with 0 FS to upgrade in retail while the same weapon only has a 5% chance on GamezBDO .
The difference isn't huge (at least at 0 FS. Haven't tested further), but this is in stark contrast to the rest of the items having higher chances than in retail.
Higher chances for general items makes getting a higher FS harder while you need more of it to keep up with the lower enchantment rate on Tuvala.
This may be the case for Naru gear as well, but I haven't tested that myself.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Attempt to enchant any Tuvala gear on the server and on retail and compare the chances.​
