Tuvala Gear conversion Bug​

Bug Description:

I made the early graduation, used the stones to convert tuvala gear to normal gear, and then i used the stone to convert tuvala gear to boss gear (my chest armor).
Now i only got tuvala back, but with the blue message that i created this item.
So it seems, the system wanted to convert, but somehow got stuck and checked my item as converted.
Btw,, i had changed my family name yesterday from Venez to Nuruma.
Maybe thats the reason.

How to reproduce/proof:

Exchange a pen tuvala armor to boss chest.
