Two Tone Hair Issue

Hello, I purchased the (Two Tone Bob) hair from store but it doesnt work on my character. It doesnt specify male only and I do remember this working on females back in the day aswell. Please help!

 

Hello there! Have you made sure your headgear visible? It often happens that players forget their headgears hidden so their new remodel is not visible. If that's not the case, I will gladly test it in game and will contact you again.

 

Can you please test it, I did enable head piece to be seen but actually the skin itself shows red in your profile page. It has the item name but no picture. Will be waiting to hear from you, much appreciated.
