Ultra Donate mobile payment doesent work

Hello there i have a problem

I bought 23 Ultra card cash for 20€.
that wasnt the problem the problem was that after i bought it i couldnt buy anymore ultracard cash with the same payment method

Now i have 45€ left that i wanted to spent on this server but i cant use them.

So i want to ask if you can help me out or is there a option to pay in Gamez with mobile payment instantly and without ultradonate ?

What i forgot to mention i already wrote 3 emails to their support since yesterday but they dont answer

Give it some time. Sometimes, the payment method disappears for several hours after a successful donation for security reasons (usually to avoid double charges).

 

Thats what i thougth but the thing is does it really dissapear for like 1 complete day ? it makes sense that it wants to avoid double charges but not for one whole day
