Ultradonate card not recieved

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem with ultradonate before, or if any admins could help. I used the skrill option to pay for the card, but was not given my code and the money was withdrawn from my account. This purchase was made on 11/17 and its is currently 11/28. I sent in 2 tickets but each have gone unanswered for about 11 days. You guys think my money is gone forever?



I also saw that in an email i got from an earlier code it said this:
noreply@ultradonate.com via gameznetwork.com
so i thought i would ask for help here.
