Unable to log in

    Okay so for about the past week I've been playing Not Aion, which is a server still running on 2.5, so i had to downgrade. Now im bored with it and wanting to come back to gamez, i updated to 2.6 through my ncsoft launcher, reinstalled the gamez aion launcher, and when i open the game, i try to log in and it says "You are already logged in" so then i type in my information again and it shows me the terms and conditions page and i hit ok, then it just sits there with the game background and does nothing. what do i do to get back to 2.6? 0.o

    try to delete bin 32 and 64 then let ncsoft repair it..

    I'm having a similar problem. I put in my info and it says I'm already logged in. I put my info in again, get the terms usage then it says "Failed to connect to game server" and closes.

    Try to log in again when it says You are already logged in wait about 10 seconds when it gets to the terms wait another 10 seconds then Accept.

    Okay I deleted bin 32 and 64 but then for some reason i cant open my ncsoft launcher. i click to open the icon and it just doesnt open, i reinstalled it but when it finished and tried to open it again it said access denied and then closed, and now i cant open it again

    Okay im trying to reinstall ncsoft launcher again and every single place i try to save it to it tells me that it needs to be saved to an open directory...

    It's a little hard when you don't write the exact error's you're getting.

    I dunno what you did but, instead of messing with it, maybe you could just delete everything related to aion/ncsoft and just re-download and install.

    So I should just delete the entire Aion folder? and then reinstall aion?

    Unless you provide us with better detailed errors and answers, yes. would be faster to delete the mess and start over.
