How to reproduce/proof:

buy eilton worker lodging coupon and use​

 

Came here to make this post, but the bug is a bit different in my case.
Buying coupon through the Pearl Shop puts it into your Pearl inventory, but has no effect on use.
Buying coupon through the NPC seems to do nothing (I assume it 'uses' the coupon on purchase). So in my case, all three coupons have been used but didn't actually do anything.
Relog doesn't do anything. Also, Eilton manager rolls almost exclusively Skilled Human workers, and only rarely Skilled Giant or Goblin, but I assume that's intended.

 

Despite the patch notes from Carl, problem still persists for me. I'm assuming the coupons will now work but mine are still sold out.

 

A 'server record's check for who lost their Elton Worker Expansion Coupons (https://bdocodex.com/us/item/48943/), would be prudent.

Alternatively, you can contact the GamezBD staff, by starting a Conversation, mouse-over your forum-username, and select Conversation, then write to Kolka (I think that's the one in charge of the GamezBD side).
