    Unlimit horse spawning​
    Bug Description:
    After caught horses, there should be cd to respawn horses but at the place I find, after caught 1 horse and go back there will be respawn another horse instantly. The place is at left side of Heidel. I provided a map image to tell. https://imgur.com/a/rB9zYcv​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Caught horse and go back it will always be 2 at there​
