Unusable skills.

I notice that a lot of my new skills from .givemissingskills aren't chain skills but are still grayed out and cannot be used.
It says it becomes available when I equip a bow, but I have the bow equipped.

Any advice?

 

It's a DP skill? Or they're grayed because you've set it up that way. There's a setup from Game Options to make it so that if the target is not in range to use the skill, it stays gray.
