Updates?

So I understand that this version of BDO is currently one patch behind Kakao's. But what I really want to know is:

• Is there a specific update day? (Like how it's every Wednesday there's a new patch on Kakao's servers)
• Is Kakao able to take legal action and liquidate the GameZ's BDO Servers (Losing all member's progress and etc)
• What things are disabled, and what is still enabled (e.g. Trading = Disabled, etc)

I really do not want to invest a lot of my time into something I enjoy and have it taken away from me without knowing about it.
If you don't feel like typing all the answers out that's fine. If you can drop a few words that'll just help me get a grasp of what to expect/what's going on, that'd be lovely.

Seems updates are pushed out any time during the week, mostly on Tuesday and Wednesday with weekend restarts on Fridays and Monday.

They have been running an AION private server for 10 years or more now (I use to play on it back in 2010). These private servers really arnt big enough for companies to take action. but you never know we all take that risk. The only private server I know that have been shut down was the nostalrius WoW server cuz it got so big (200k+ members) Blizzard just couldn't let it go any longer, plus its Blizzard that has a pretty big piggy bank they can do what they wish lol.

Trading is the only major thing disabled still. Everything else is pretty much working fine for the most part, if not report it and they will work on getting it fixed pretty quickly.
