   Vell's heart​

   Bug Description:
   

   I have a Vell's Heart that gives 5 AP; however, it does not apply the 5 AP correctly,
   I linked a video that shows my original AP values which are 286/288, and after I put my cell heart, my AP value become 291/291 which is incorrect,
   the correct values should be 291/293​
