Vells heart

i see know, that the last heart of Vell was sold 9 days ago and 29 want to buy it already. I am going to be Nr.30 ... but how long do i have to wait for it ... perhaps something should be changed about it: better chance to get it from Vell or a NPC sell it for e.g. 100 billions or you can buy it with real $ ...

 

There's an Imperial Auction near Velia's Marketplace that sells 1 Vell's Heart per week, it also sells Weapon Change Coupons.
Vell's Heart is usually sold in Imperial Auction for the price of 30bi, more or less.
About Marketplace availability, you have to understand that it's an end game item and that's the reason why there are a lot pre-orders.

 

central market doesnt work like first preorder gets the item when its sold nonono to many ppl think it works that way its not its if 30ppl want vell's heart then its rng between 30 ppl who gets it no matter how long they have a preorder up it could be the last one to enter po to get the item in the end its an rng game and so is the preorders rng
