VIP store on site not giving correct items?

    I purchased an ABG mace, recieved Masterius warhammer. Thought it was a skrew up on my part, gave the mace to a friend, donated, tried to get an abg mace again... and another masterius warhammer. Please take this hammer and give me the mace I tried to buy twice :(

    If you need proof It's in the transactions history.

    I think with it happening so close in time with Lumiel going down It may have effected it. But I promise I didn't want those maces. I did get the dagger and shield fine :p

    Explain it to a SAM and send the proffs they can give to u the correct item and maybe the website is lag you need to wait that the button load.

    He thought he had picked the wrong mace which is why he bought the ABG wh again and it came out as the Masta wh again but like TrustSony said, get your proof and PM it to a SAM.

    Ok, well presuming I somehow made the same mistake twice and there was no bug involving browser cache or anything of the sort - I did not get the selection I desired. Even if this is entirely my fault and I'm delusional even after reading, checking it on aiondatabase then purchasing... Is there no way to remove the mace I have, and replace it with the one I desired? I honestly don't think it's too much to ask considering how much I have donated. I'm not trying to run a scam or anything and I thought it may be a bad bug. So please work with me here lol
