    I can't vote on my PC using wired internet connection after I vote on my phone using cellular data.​

    It's been happening for 3 days now. Everytime I vote on my PC using wired connection on my account. I am unable to vote on a different account using cellular data on brother's phone.

    Hello, this is not a bug but it's more related to IP and device (MAC). Try to log in to your account with your usual device and internet connection then try to vote.

    The error message you shared is based on the last device and IP you logged in to your account. This is why we recommend everyone to always vote using the same IP and device. If you voted or logged in to your account on a different device or through a different internet connection, the system will recognize the last IP and MAC (device) your account was logged into.

    This is in my PC and the only PC I logged my account to.

    https://aion.mmotop.ru/ gives the error message on the screenshot. The rest of the votesites doesn't give any error.

    Again, whenever I vote in Account 1 on my PC. I can't vote on Account 2 using phone with different IP and ISP.
    I tested and observe it for 3 days already before submitting this.
    Same way, when I vote on a phone on a account2 , using different ISP and IP. I can't vote on Account 1 using my PC on a wired connection.
    Account 2 was never used in my PC to vote. Account 1 was never used on the phone to vote.

    The voting system is primarily based on where you log in to your account in-game (I might have missed to be a little specific on that part). If you voted through different devices it will work perfectly fine, but in your case, when you log in to the game with your second account on the same IP and device where you normally log in with your first account, the system will recognize that both accounts were logged in to the same IP and MAC, which results in the error message you got. It's a common misconception that people will vote with different IP and device, but the system recognizes where accounts are logged in and is tied up to the voting system.

    Bro if you logged in your accounts on the same pc there's no way you can vote two accounts even tho you vote using your cellular data or wifi
