    Would it be much of trouble to add in error msg "Your account already voted" a date when the account did previously vote and/or time remaining for next vote?

    I know we can use windows schedules etc. etc. etc.

    But still, if this tiny thing is like 5min work for site admin/Dev's please re-/consider adding that.
