    Bug Name:
    Wave of Light unusable skill​
    Bug Description:
    When the skill is casted it take 6/7 second to inflict damage and start animation...so not an usable skill​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    take a 56 valkyrie and simply cast the skill. you will see it​
