Ways to increase this server popularity back>>>>

Halo all to gamez aion player whether it is lumiel or siel server .... I see there been a dropout from number of online player.... although gamez are the top aion private server but the number of player online is not high.... so i need a suggestion (that are helpful) from you guys on the ways to increase this server popularity because i see a lot of people qq about this server problem in forum.... don't just qq about it....make a suggestion on how to improve it too...
