Wbesite Credits vanished! =(!

i need some help here, just loged to the website to check how long till i can vote again (because i was 1 day away from 150 points to buy VIP ) and i found out that somehow i fhave lost 1000 points,... i was really surprised since i checked my history ( in case someone hacked my account but nothing there, even loged to game and all seems to be normal...even talk to a GM: Dunams he can tell that im not joking and i asked him for help...)and nothing there, i mean i havent buy anithyng since august 9th.... i suposse Gm can check that, i can only add a screenshot of my history on the website both servers and the screenshot of my conversation with DUNAMS, hope you can help me solve this thing... please please help me here! >_<
