Webshop item bought, but not received.

I bought the 'Sing "Good Day"' Emotion Card hours ago and I didnt receive it in the mail yet... All the other things I bought were receieved in seconds/few minutes. Here is a little proof:

 

did you bought it w/ your account online? if so recon to get it

 

You need to be online for at least 10 mins on the character you have bought the item on.

 

Also, that is not enough proof at all.

If you wish for us to check if the item has been received or not. I would need screenshots that contain your account name logged into that same panel there. Along with it showing that the character does indeed belong to your account.

If you would be so kind as to provide that, as well as screenshots of your characters Emote tab (all of them on your account and yes I will be checking). Your in-game mail for all of your characters. Warehouse, account warehouse, each little inventory cube for your characters and such what nots.

Do please send this information in a PM and only provide the hyperlinks (not the full screens).
