I bought the seasonal pass, Got the email in game. But not the Item.​

How to reproduce/proof:

I bought the seasonal pass, Got the email in game. But not the Item. And I bought it twice, the first one I've got it and I open it but without a seasonal character, so I lose it.... (Yeah idiot) Then I bought another one and I got the email with my seasonal character, but I didn't get the seasonal pass. So I already spent 5000 cash D: Help please.​
