    Hello,

    I've just bought an item in the webshop while I was logged off, I just logged in 10 minutes ago and yet no shugo dancing around me nor an item in the mailbox has arrived? When can I expect it, or did I had be logged in when I bought the item?

    Be patient, just wait. Sometimes it tooks a couple of minutes to get a mail from the shugo
